Andrew had an amazing year in Pre-K. This year he went to Plainfield Christian for Pre-K. He had 2 amazing teachers, Mrs. Carr and Mrs. Lamb. He made so many amazing friends. It was so fun to watch him learn and grow. They had a little graduation ceremony for the kids. He looked like such a big boy up there. Andrew said that when he grows up he wants to be a solider!

Here are a few pictures from Kindergarten Round Up. It was so crazy seeing him walk down that huge hallway!! He is officially registered for Kindergarten!
It is going to be so hard for me to watch him start school on August 5th!! Andrew is one of the sweetest kids I know! He is my buddy and helper. There are so many things that creep up in my head when I think about him spending the day without me. Will he talk to other kids, will kids be nice to him, will he have enough time to eat his lunch, will he get lost in the building going to the bathroom, will something crazy happen while he is there and I won't be there to protect him...ok, ok, I know I am getting a little crazy here!! I am not sure why I am so worried and why I feel sick to my stomach when I think about it. I know he will be fine and I know he will make friends. I know I have tried my best to raise a loving and responsible little boy, but I will still miss him and worry about him. I have spent pretty much everyday for the last 5 years with this kiddo!! He has taught me how to be a mom. He has made me love my job! Can't I just call him during the day to see how his day is going? The day is coming whether I like it or not. I will cherish the last two months of summer. At around 8:30am on August 5th I may or may not be fighting back a few tears!
