I am going to give this blog thing one more try. I hope to write and post pictures at least once a month. We feel truly blessed everyday with Andrew! He is growing up so fast. Here are a couple of highlights.
He started eating solid foods when he was four months. He loves veggies. I am pretty sure his favorites are squash and green beans. We will see how long that lasts.
Andrew is a professional traveler! We have taken many road trips to Ohio and Missouri to visit friends and family. Andrew has already been to his first wedding shower and baby shower. He also moved up to a "big boy" car seat in July.
He got to swim a few times this summer. His first couple times were with his friends in his play group. He also got to swim at his Grandma and Grandpa's house over the July 4th weekend!! Over the summer he also went to the zoo, the children's museum, and the apple orchard.
He started sitting up around five months and loves playing with his toys. He will empty his whole toy basket to play with all of his toys. He is so busy!
At the beginning of August he started teething. That wasn't very fun for anyone. It took the whole month to get the bottom teeth. His top teeth came in right after the bottom. At least it all happened at once!! He now has four teeth!
Sometime in the beginning of August he could stand by himself. He loves standing and playing with his little activity table. 
Our biggest achievement is crawling! He just started on Friday. He is still working on perfecting it!
I am really excited for fall and the holidays. That is always my favorite time of year and I am so excited for Andrew to be a part of it.
